摘  要:阻剂实际上就是一种特殊涂料层,一般由主要成膜物质(树脂)、着色颜料、稀释剂等多种物质混合构成,其主要成膜物质的选择则是这类工艺方法是否有效的关键。经过理论分析及试验,选择了一种以天然有机物为原料的树脂作为阻剂的主要成膜物质,并确定了阻剂构成类型、各类物料的相关配比以及相应的涂饰工艺技术方法和参数,提出了一种通过采用较为成熟的预涂阻剂方式来调节实木工件端面吸色能力,从而控制实木家具的整体色差的工艺方法。In this paper,a process method for controlling the chromatic aberration at the end face of the solid wood furniture with bottom coloring and transparent finishing is proposed.In the process of controlling the chromatic aberration at the end face of the solid wood workpiece,a more mature way of pre‑coating inhibitor is selected to adjust the color absorption capacity of the end face of the solid wood workpiece,so as to control the overall chromatic aberration of the solid wood furniture.In fact,inhibitor is a special coating layer,which is generally composed of film forming substances(resin),coloring pigment and thinners.The selection of film forming materials is the key to the effectiveness of this process.Through theoretical analysis and experiment,a resin with natural organic matter is chosen as the film forming substance of inhibitor.The composition type of inhibitor,the relevant proportion of various materials,and the corresponding coating technology and parameters are determined in the paper.
