摘 要:为准确测量及监控植物的叶片温度(简称叶温),提出一种基于柔性基质的温度传感器贴片(简称柔性温度计)来测量植物叶温的方法。首先,采用石墨烯纳米片为感温元件,对其工作原理进行阐述,使用蓝牙传输模式,开发无线测温系统。其次,为保证系统测温的准确性,提出一种标定算法对柔性温度计进行标定,通过双面胶将植物叶片与柔性温度计相连接,最终达到厚为2 mm,质量为4.9 g的轻薄装置。最后测试了柔性温度计在君子兰中应用的可靠性;通过求平均值法,柔性温度贴片的精确度能达到0.05℃。试验证明,柔性温度计具有准确、可靠、可持续监控等优点,使得对植物的测温工作更加简单、便捷。In order to measure and monitor the accuracy of plant leaf temperature,this paper presents a temperature sensor patch based on flexible matrix(a flexible thermometer)to measure the temperature of plant leaves.First of all,graphene nanosheets are used as temperature sensing elements,and its working principle is expounded.Bluetooth transmission mode is used to develop wireless temperature measurement system.Secondly,in order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement,a calibration algorithm is proposed to calibrate the flexible thermometer,the plant leaves are connected to the flexible thermometer through the 3M double side glue,and a thin and light device with a thickness of 2 mm and a weight of 4.9 g is realized.Finally,the reliability of the flexible thermometer applied in the clivia is tested.By means of the average value method,the accuracy of the flexible temperature patch can reach 0.05 degree.It also shows the portability and sustainability of the flexible thermometer,making the temperature measurement of plants more simple and convenient.
