废纸脱墨浆酶解糖类产品制备5-羟甲基糠醛的工艺研究

摘　　要：以废纸脱墨浆为原料,用纤维素酶进行酶解,酶解后的浆液中会产生糖类产品。经过固体酸催化剂WO 3/ZrO 2的催化作用,浆液中的糖类产品会产生所需要的产物5-羟甲基糠醛。着重探讨了用酶解后的废纸脱墨浆制备5-羟甲基糠醛时,反应温度、催化剂用量及反应时间等工艺参数对5-羟甲基糠醛产率的影响。By using Deinked pulp as raw material,Cellulase is used for enzymatic hydrolysis.After enzymolysis,sugar products will be produced in the pulp.Through the catalytic action of solid acid catalyst WO 3/ZrO 2,the sugar product in the slurry produces the required product 5-hmF.The influence of reaction temperature,amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of 5-HMF was also studied.
