妇科临床病例人乳头状瘤病毒感染的特征解析

摘　　要：目的:观察研究妇科临床病例人乳头状瘤病毒感染的特征。方法:在2017年9月~2018年9月在收治的1336例有过性生活经历的妇科患者做为研究对象,所有患者均接受DNA、人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)检测。结果:通过检测发现:检出亚型23种,HPV检出率为26.5%;其中16型检出率最高,对比p<0.05。检出率随着年龄增长而逐渐增加,在55至66岁间HPV检出率明显高出其他年龄段,对比p<0.05。结论:HPV的得病率随着年龄增大呈上涨趋势,多伴随着各种阴道炎症产生,当出现腹痛、阴道不明原因出血、分泌物增多等情况要积极就医,进行人乳头状瘤病毒的检测,从而有效预防宫颈癌的发生。objective to observe and study the characteristics of human papillomavirus infection in gynecological clinical cases.Methods from September 2017 to September 2018,1336 gynecological patients with sexual experience were enrolled as the study subjects.All patients were tested for DNA and human papillomavirus(HPV).Results:23 subtypes were detected,and the HPV detection rate was 26.5%.The detection rate of type 16 was the highest,p<0.05.The detection rate increased gradually with the increase of age.The detection rate of HPV between 55 and 66 years old was significantly higher than that of other age groups,p<0.05.Conclusion the rate of HPV disease increases with age,accompanied by a variety of vaginal inflammation,when the occurrence of abdominal pain,unexplained vaginal bleeding,increased secretion and other conditions to actively seek medical advice,human papillomavirus detection,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer.
