摘 要:目的探究手术室护生实施微课联合模拟手术室训练模式教学的价值。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月广东省第二中医院的100名专科护生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组50名。给予对照组学生常规临床带教方法,给予观察组微课联合模拟手术室训练模式带教,在出科时对两组学生的学习效果进行评定并比较。结果观察组的理论知识得分为(90.25±5.29)分,操作考核得分为(91.03±6.01)分,高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的满意度为96.00%(48/50),对照组的满意度为78.00%(39/50),其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将微课联合模拟手术室训练模式教学应用于手术室护生的带教中,可以提高护生的临床工作能力,提高临床教学效果。Objective To explore the value of micro lecture combined with simulated operating room training mode for nursing students in operating room.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,100 nursing students from Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 students in each group.The control group was given routine clinical teaching methods,and the observation group was given micro lecture combined with simulated operating room training mode. The learning effectof the two groups of students was evaluated and comparedwhen they finished the department. Results The theoreticalknowledge score of the observation group was (90.25 ± 5.29)points and the operation assessment score was (91.03 ± 6.01)points, which was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (P < 0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observationgroup was 96.00% (48/50), and that of the control group was78.00% (39/50), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of micro lecturecombined with simulated operating room training modein the teaching of operating room nursing students cansignificantly improve the clinical work ability of nursingstudents and improve the clinical working ability of studentsand the clinical teaching effect.
