拉克替醇联合异甘草酸镁对病毒性肝炎胆红素和内毒素的影响

摘　　要：目的探究拉克替醇联合异甘草酸镁对病毒性肝炎胆红素、内毒素影响。方法选取本院45例病毒性肝炎患者,随机分为试验组23例、对照组22例,试验组予以拉克替醇联合异甘草酸镁治疗、对照组予以异甘草酸镁治疗,观察对患者血清胆红素及内毒素水平影响。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.65%、对照组为72.73%,较之对照组,试验组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清胆红素均明显降低(P<0.05),较之对照组,试验组更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组内毒素水平均明显降低(P<0.05),较之对照组,试验组更低(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为13.04%,对照组为9.09%,较之对照组,试验组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对病毒性肝炎患者在异甘草酸镁治疗基础上联合拉克替醇治疗,能有效降低患者血清胆红素与内毒素含量,治疗效果显著,用药安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of lacotinol combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on bilirubin and endotoxin.Methods 45 patients with viral hepatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group 23 cases and control group 22 cases,the experimental group was treated with lacotinol combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,and the control group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.Toxin levels affect.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.65%,and that in the control group was 72.73%.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the experimental group was lower(P<0.05);after treatment,the endotoxin levels of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the experimental group was lower(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 13.04%and that in the control group was 9.09%.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of viral hepatitis patients with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with lacotinol therapy can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin and endotoxin content of the patients.The therapeutic effect is significant,and the drug safety is high.
