摘　　要：面容改变是内分泌疾病和遗传综合征的重要临床表现。利用传统平面照相及三维成像技术收集患者面部照片,分析患者面容改变,已成为研究的热点。该文就面容分析在内分泌疾病,如肢端肥大症、库欣综合征、甲状腺功能亢进症、遗传综合征、智力缺陷人群中的应用进行了综述,为疾病的早期诊断和预后提供研究思路。Facial change is an important clinical manifestation of endocrine system diseases and genetic syndromes.The use of traditional photography and three-dimensional imaging techniques to collect patients’facial images to analyze changes in patients’face has become a hot topic.This article reviews the application of facial analysis in endocrine diseases,such as acromegaly,Cushing’s syndrome,hyperthyroidism,and genetic syndromes,and provide a new perspective for early diagnosis and prognosis of disease.
