摘　　要：搭建实践平台对于培养大学生的创新和创业能力具有重要的意义。高职院校应积极探索和研究,不断整合各项资源,为学生创新创业项目提供良好保障。本文叙述了工业机器人协会创新创业训练平台的基本理念、平台建设、实施措施、不间断运作、保障要求等内容,以确保学生创新研发的能力、自主创业的积极性和人才培养质量。在此基础上,总结成果和经验,以期对同类高职院校具有一定的借鉴意义。Constructing practice platform is of great significance to the cultivation of students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Higher vocational colleges should actively explore training platform and continuously integrate various resources,so as to provide guarantee for students'innovation and entrepreneurship projects.This paper expounds the basic concept,platform construction,implementation measures,continual operation and guarantee requirements of the innovation and entrepreneurship training platform for Industrial Robot Association,which improves students,ability to innovate and their initiative in independent entrepreneurship,thus guaranteeing the quality of talent cultivation.The results and experience presented in this research is of certain reference significance to similar higher vocational colleges.
