艺术院校学生校外租房原因及管理对策研究

摘　　要：艺术院校学生校外租房现象所带来的管理问题和社会问题日益凸显。通过对艺术类高校学生校外租房情况的调查,可以归纳出艺术类学生校外租房的多重原因。经过客观、合理的利弊分析,从理论和实际两个层面,得出了艺术类学生校外租房的原因存在一定合理性的结论,并指出该行为也存在安全隐患。建议艺术类院校应根据专业特点改堵为疏,即允许部分外宿合法,同时加强校园内部建设,引导学生自愿回校。There has been an increasing number of management and societal issues caused by off-campus student housing from art colleges. This paper looks into current off-campus student housing status and investigates multiple causes for this phenomenon. Based on objective and reasonable analysis, this paper comes to the conclusion that there exist certain rationality in students’ renting offcampus from both theoretical and practical levels. Yet potential safety issues may also arise. It is advised that art colleges should slowly lift prohibition on off-campus rental based on students’ specialty features, and legalize part of off-campus rental. Meanwhile, campus housing facilities should be upgraded to encourage students’ willingness to live on campus.
