摘 要:无人机倾斜摄影测量技术对电力走廊的三维重建能为电力巡线、布线测绘、自然灾害预警等提供很大的便利。由于电力走廊存在转折、交叉、分支等现象,多架次模型存在形态参差不齐、重复、模糊、空缺等问题。当数据量庞大时,靠人工裁剪不仅工作量巨大,而且由于上述现象和问题的复杂性,容易产生错误。针对所述问题,提出按电力走廊自动裁剪多架次Mesh模型的方法。首先,提出四平面裁剪和圆筒裁剪作为裁剪单元的概念,按电力走廊生成裁剪区域,通过并集运算得到走廊架次模型;然后,提出裁剪窗口和窗口评价值的概念,按经纬度划分多个窗口,通过窗口内架次模型的占有率和清晰度来给出归一化的窗口评价值;最后,按窗口评价值来选择架次模型,并对走廊架次模型按窗口进行裁剪。The three-dimensional reconstruction of the electric corridor by UAV tilt technology can provide great convenience for power line inspection, surveying, and natural disaster warning. There are phenomena such as turning, crossing, and branching in the electric corridor, and there are problems such as irregular shapes, duplication, blur, and vacancies in the flight models. When the amount of data is huge, relying on manual cutting not only has a huge workload, but also causes errors due to the complexity of the phenomena and problems. To solve the above problems, a method of automatically cutting multiple Mesh models according to the power corridor was proposed. Firstly, the concept of four-plane cropping and cylinder cropping is put forward as a cropping unit in which the power corridor is used to generate the cropping area, and then the corridor flights model are obtained by the union calculation. Then the concepts of clipping windows and window evaluation values are proposed. Secondly, multiple windows are divided by latitude and longitude, and then the normalized window evaluation values are given by the occupancy rate and sharpness of the window flight model. Finally, according to the window evaluation values, the flight model is selected, and the corridor flight models are cropped according to the window.
