摘　　要：卷曲螺旋结构域(CCDC)蛋白是存在于多种天然蛋白质中的一种蛋白质结构域,具有多项生物学功能,主要参与细胞间跨膜信号转导、遗传信号转录、促进细胞增殖和凋亡、调控恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移等多种生物学行为。CCDC19、CCDC67、CCDC134、CCDC12、CCDC66、CCDC34、CCDC85B蛋白表达异常,可导致鼻咽癌、甲状腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、膀胱癌以及肺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的发生。研究CCDC蛋白在恶性肿瘤细胞中的分子机制,可以为恶性肿瘤的诊断和靶向治疗提供理论依据。The coiled-coil domain containing(CCDC)protein is a protein domain found in many natural proteins.It has multiple biological functions and participates in various biological behaviors such as intercellular transmembrane signaling,genetic signal transcription,promoting cell proliferation and apoptosis,regulating invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor cells.It has been confirmed that abnormal protein expressions of CCDC19,CCDC67,CCDC134,CCDC12,CCDC66,CCDC34,CCDC85B can cause nasopharyngeal cancer,thyroid cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,bladder cancer,lung cancer and many other malignant tumors.Studying the specific mechanism of CCDC protein in malignant tumors will provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and targeted treatment of malignant tumors.
