急诊科心电图常见的问题与安全管理对器械维护质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊科心电图常见的问题与安全管理对器械维护质量的影响。方法:调查急诊科仪器设备管理中存在的问题,并制定安全管理干预措施。根据安全管理实施的时间为界进行分组,将2018年1月至2018年12月作为参照组,实施常规器械管理;将2019年1月至2019年12月作为实验组,实施安全器械管理,对比两个时间段器械维护质量以及两组患者对仪器设备满意度变化。结果:同参照组相比,实验组的器械维护质量显著较高,数据比较差异较大(P<0.05);实验组患者对器械使用满意度显著高于参照组(97.50%VS85.00%),数据比较差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:对急救心电图设备进行安全管理可以提高器械维护质量,利于提高临床急救的成功率,降低临床急救风险。Objective:To explore the common problems of ECG in emergency department and the impact of safety management on the quality of equipment maintenance.Methods:Investigate the existing problems in the management of equipment in the emergency department,and formulate safety management intervention measures.Groups according to the time of safety management implementation,and use January 2018 to December 2018 as the reference group to implement routine device management;January 2019 to December 2019 as the experimental group to implement safety device management,comparison Changes in the quality of equipment maintenance and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with equipment during the two time periods.Results:Compared with the reference group,the quality of equipment maintenance in the experimental group was significantly higher,and the data were quite different(P<0.05);the patients in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the use of the equipment than the reference group(97.50%VS85.00%),The data are quite different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety management of emergency electrocardiogram equipment can improve the quality of equipment maintenance,help improve the success rate of clinical first aid,and reduce the risk of clinical first aid.
