摘　　要：目的:比较中青年(年龄<50岁)缺血性肠病患者与老年缺血性肠病患者(年龄≥50岁)的临床特点,为临床医生诊治缺血性肠病提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2020年5月常州市第一人民医院接诊的62例缺血性肠病患者的临床资料。将其中年龄<50岁的29例患者作为中青年组,将其中年龄≥50岁的33例患者作为老年组。然后比较两组患者在临床症状、合并症、实验室检查、影像学检查及内镜检查结果、住院天数等方面的差异。结果:1)老年组患者中合并有高血压患者的占比高于中青年组患者,P<0.05。2)老年组患者血红蛋白的水平低于中青年组患者,P<0.05。3)老年组患者肠系膜血管CT造影检查结果的阳性率高于中青年组患者,P<0.05。4)中青年组患者的住院天数少于老年组患者,P<0.05。结论:与中青年缺血性肠病患者相比,老年缺血性肠病患者合并高血压的情况更为普遍,其血红蛋白的水平通常较低,其出现肠系膜血管CT造影检查结果阳性的几率较高,其预后较差。Objective:To compare the clinical characteristics of ischemic bowel disease in young and middle-aged patients(age<50 years)and elderly patients(age≥50 years),so as to provide a reference basis for clinicians to diagnose and treat ischemic bowel disease.Methods:The clinical data of 62 patients with ischemic enteropathy admitted to Changzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2014 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The 29 patients<50 years old were taken as the young and middle-aged group,and the 33 patients≥50 years old were taken as the elderly group.Then,the differences in clinical symptoms,complications,laboratory examination,imaging examination,endoscopy,and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The proportion of patients with hypertension in the elderly group was higher than that in the young and middle-aged group,P<0.05.2)The hemoglobin level of the elderly group was lower than that of the young and middle-aged group(P<0.05).3)The positive rate of mesenteric angiography in the elderly group was higher than that in the young and middle-aged group(P<0.05).4)The length of hospital stay in the young and middle-aged group was less than that in the elderly group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with young and middleaged patients with ischemic enteropathy,elderly patients with ischemic enteropathy are more common with hypertension,their hemoglobin level is usually lower,their probability of positive mesenteric angiography results is higher,and their prognosis is poor.
