摘　　要：在直肠癌手术过程中,肠系膜下动脉(IMA)的结扎是一关键步骤,然而关于IMA结扎部位的选择却已经争论了百年余,不论是高位结扎还是低位结扎均有其各自的优缺点。在不同的时期内人们对选择何种结扎方式有着不同的意见,并且一直消长不停,现为更加明确两种结扎方式的由来以及历史衍变,本文进行溯源及阐述。In rectal cancer surgery,ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery(IMA)was one of the key steps.Nevertheless,the level of the ligation of the IMA has been debated for hundred years.Whether it is high ligation or low ligation has its advantages and disadvantages.People have different opinions on the choice of ligation method in different periods,and the debates on this subject waxed and waned all the time.In order to clarify the origin and historical evolution of the two ligation methods,a review is given to trace the origin and elaborate the current situation.
