摘  要:选择合适的航材制造业供应商是企业顺利进行生产运作的基础。现今,常用的制造业供应商评价方法往往存在大量主观随意性,无法客观公正地评价其质量水平、交付能力等关键指标。该文提出基于遗传神经网络的航材制造业供应商评价方法,研究比较航材制造业供应商的特性,确定关键评价指标体系,将遗传算法和BP神经网络进行融合,对制造业供应商多项指标进行定性、定量分析,评估各个指标对供应商合作关系建立的影响,使模型输出结果更加客观,具有说服力。Choosing the right supplier for the aviation material manufacturing industry is the basis for the smooth operation of the enterprise.Nowadays,the commonly used evaluation methods of manufacturing suppliers often have a lot of subjective arbitrariness,which cannot objectively and fairly evaluate their key indicators such as quality level and delivery ability.This paper proposes an evaluation method for suppliers of aviation material manufacturing based on genetic neural network.The paper researches and compares the characteristics of suppliers in aviation material manufacturing,determines the key evaluation index system,combines genetic algorithm and BP neural network.The indicators are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed to assess the impact of each indicator on the establishment of supplier cooperation,making the model results more objective and persuasive.
