摘　　要：目的观察局部针刺运动对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者的临床功能影响,探讨其有效性与可行性。方法40例来自郴州市第一人民医院康复科的患者随机分为两组,观察组采用局部针刺运动治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。两组治疗均为每次30 min,每日1次,每周治疗5次,共治疗3周。分别在治疗前后统计数据,比较两组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Friction功能DI指数差异。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的VAS及Friction功能、DI指数均明显改善(P<0.01);组间比较,Fric⁃tion功能中的弹响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),VAS及Friction功能中的运动、压痛及DI指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗方法对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者均有效,两种治疗方法对关节弹响改善程度相当,但局部针刺运动的总体疗效优于常规针刺疗法。Objective:To evaluate the clinical functional effect of local acupuncture on patients with temporo⁃mandibular joint disorder syndrome and to explore its effectiveness and feasibility.Methods:A total of 40 pa⁃tients from the Department of Rehabilitation in Chenzhou First People′s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with local acupuncture movement,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The two groups were treated for 30 minutes each time,once a day,5 times a week,for a total of 3 weeks.The statistical data before and after treatment were compared to compare the differences in the efficacy of VAS pain and Friction between the two groups.Results:The total effective tate of the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 75.00%,in the control group(P<0.05);differences in VAS and Friction functions and DI index were statistically significant(P<0.01);for comparison between groups,there was no statistically sig⁃nificant difference in the snapping item in the Friction function between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),while the differences in the movement,tenderness and DI index in the VAS and Friction function after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both treatment methods are effective for patients with tem⁃poromandibular joint disorder syndrome.The two treatment methods have the same degree of improvement in joint snapping,but the overall effect of local acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture.
