摘　　要：对上海某综合医院能耗进行了诊断分析,找出了用能系统存在的问题,主要包括空调系统、生活热水系统、照明系统、能源管理系统。提出了节能改造方案及调适建议,通过实测数据分析节能效果,综合节能率为15.51%。Based on the energy consumption diagnosis and analysis of a general hospital in Shanghai,finds out the problems of the energy using system,including air conditioning system,domestic hot water system,lighting system and energy management system.Puts forward the energy saving reformation measures and commissioning suggestions.Analysis of energy saving effects through measured data shows that the overall energy saving rate is 15.51%.
