摘　　要：为了增强Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的抗氧化性,以致密棕刚玉、SiC、刚玉粉、活性α-Al2O3、Secar71、硅微粉、球沥青为主要原料制备了ASC铁沟浇注料,分别以质量分数为0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%的ACAO等量替代白刚玉粉,研究ACAO作为防氧化剂对试样中温、高温强度及抗氧化性的影响。结果表明:随着ACAO的增加,试样经中温及高温处理后的线变化率逐渐增大,体积密度先增大后减小,高温抗折强度先增大后减小,抗氧化性逐渐增强。当ACAO外加1%时,试样可以得到较好的综合指标。In order to enhance the oxidation resistance of Al2 O3-SiC-C iron groove castable,ASC iron groove castable was prepared with dense brown corundum,SiC,corundum powder,activeα-Al2 O3,Secar71,silicon micro powder and spherical asphalt as main raw materials.The replacement of white corundum powder by ACAO with mass fraction of 0,0.5%,1%,1.5% and 2% respectively.The influence of ACAO was used as an antioxidant on medium temperature,high temperature strength and oxidation resistance of samples were studied.The results show that with the increase of ACAO,the linear change rate of the sample increases gradually,the bulk density first increases and then decreases,the high temperature flexural strength first increases and then decreases,and the oxidation resistance gradually increases.When 1% ACAO is added,the sample can get better comprehensive index.
