摘 要:为提升KJX型开铁口机的稳定性,针对其在现场使用过程中出现的旋转惯性冲击大、转臂弯曲变形的问题,通过对开铁口机的运行过程分析,提出了使用分段控制转臂回转速度及增加液压缓冲器的措施避免设备惯性冲击。同时对转臂进行受力分析,并通过数学计算优化其结构形式,将其弯曲变形量控制在合理范围内。最终设备的稳定性有了较大的提升,从而延长了设备使用寿命,保证了现场稳定生产。It exists problems of large rotary inertia impact and bending deformation of rotary arm in the on-line process.In order to bear these defects and improve the stability of KJX taphole driller,this paper analyzed the operation process of the taphole driller,it proposed measures to control the rotary speed of the rotary arm by sections and increase the hydraulic buffer,which could avoid the inertial impact of the equipment.The force analysis of the rotary arm was carried out,the structure form was optimized by mathematical calculation,and the bending deformation was controlled in a reasonable range.Finally,the stability of the equipment has been greatly improved,prolonging the service life of the equipment and ensuring the stable production on site.
