摘 要:对大型弹箭上安装的三轴磁强计进行标定时,针对操作不便、标定困难等问题,考虑了温度对磁强计的影响,从实际工程应用出发,提出了一种基于最小二乘法的多角度椭球拟合补偿方法。分析了磁强计的误差来源,通过实验探寻了温度对磁强计的影响规律,建立了包含温度影响因素的误差模型,采用最小二乘法的原理对磁强计的输出信号进行了椭球拟合补偿。最后通过标定实验证明了该方法的有效性。Aiming at the problems of inconvenient operation and difficult calibration when three-axis magnetometer which installed on large projectile is calibrated,considering the influence of temperature on magnetometer,a multi-angle ellipsoid fitting compensation method based on least squares method is proposed from practical engineering application point of view.The error source of the magnetometer is analyzed.The influence law of temperature on the magnetometer is explored by experiment.The error model including the temperature influence factor is established.The output signal of the magnetometer is ellipsoid fitting calibrated by the principle of least squares method.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is proved by calibration experiments.
