海底管道台风期间停输后原油流动规律研究

摘  要:南海地区台风季较长,台风期间管线停输及重启问题是影响油田产量的重要因素,解决管线停输及重启问题可大大提高油田产量。通过对南海地区典型原油流动性规律研究得出,胶质、沥青质在原油外输过程中,可以起到表面活化剂的作用,管线停输后如果要正常启动,凝点低于环境温度情况下,原油含水率应控制在50%以内,凝点高于环境温度的情况下,原油含水率应控制在30%以内。The typhoon season in the South China Sea is long,and the pipeline shutdown and restart during the typhoon are important factors affecting the oil field output.Solving the pipeline shutdown and restart can greatly improve the oil field output.In this paper,it is concluded that colloid and asphaltene can act as surface of surface activator in the process of crude oil transportation in the South China Sea area.If the pipeline starts normally and the freezing point is lower than the ambient temperature,the water content of crude oil should be controlled within 50%,and the water content of crude oil should be controlled within 30%when the freezing point is higher than the ambient temperature.
