摘  要:近年来,随着政策的发展和观念的改变,各行各业都开始大力提倡创新应用型人才的发展和培养。化工学科作为一门化学学科的基础课,被多个化学专业作为主干课程进行人才培养。在学校教育中如何将化工原理与创新应用型人才有机的联系在一起,为国家和社会培养源源不断的创新型人才,是化工专业学科的教学和讨论重点。对创新应用型人才培养的具体措施进行探讨,来寻找化学原理教学过程中人才培养的有效方法。In recent years,with the development of policies and the change of ideas,all walks of life have begun to vigorously advocate the development and training of innovative and applied talents.As a basic course of chemistry,chemical engineering is used as the main course for talent training by many chemistry majors.In school education,how to organically link the principles of chemical engineering with innovative and applied talents and cultivate a steady stream of innovative talents for the country and society is the focus of teaching and discussion in chemical engineering disciplines.This article explores the specific measures for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents to find effective methods for the cultivation of talents in the teaching of chemistry principles.
