摘　　要：论文主要从企业创新价值链的角度分析科技型企业的创新风险,剖析了创新前调研策划、科技研发、科技成果转化、科技成果市场化和科技创新成效反馈等阶段的风险要素,并从各环节可能出现的重大风险给予了相关建议,对科技型企业的创新有一定借鉴意义。This paper mainly analyzes the innovation risks of technological enterprises from the perspective of enterprise innovation value chain,and analyzes the risk factors in the stage of pre-research planning,research and development of science and technology,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,marketization of scientific and technological achievements,and feedback of technological innovation effect,and gives relevant suggestions from the major risks that may arise in every link,which can be used for reference in the innovation of scientific and technological enterprises.
