摘 要:为研究在不同横联设置方式及损伤位置下,路面平整度、车型和行车速度因素对装配式波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥动力冲击特性的影响,以跨径30 m的装配式波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥为背景,采用ANSYS软件建立了不同的箱间横联设置方式与损伤位置的桥梁模型,结合现行规范中冲击系数计算公式及车桥耦合计算程序对该桥型的冲击效应进行研究。结果表明:现行规范中的冲击系数计算公式不能考虑路面平整度因素对冲击系数的影响,实际计算时应以考虑路面影响的车桥耦合计算程序所得结果为准;箱间横联设置数量对动挠度的影响大于对冲击系数的影响;路面平整度降低,动挠度和冲击系数增大;2轴车计算的动挠度小于3轴车计算的动挠度,对冲击系数的影响规律则相反;不同箱间横联设置和损伤工况下,动挠度和冲击系数与行车速度不成正比,当行车速度为25 m/s时,动挠度和冲击系数均为最小。When the layout and damage location of lateral bracings are different,the dynamic impact effects of influential factors,including road roughness,vehicle pattern and running speed,on the modular box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs are likely to be different.Models with different layout and damage locations of lateral bracings based on a box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and span length of 30 m were established by ANSYS.The calculation formulas of impact coefficient and vehicle-bridge coupling mechanism given in the existing codes were taken as references in the study of the impact effect of the structure of such type.The results show that the calculation formulas of impact coefficient in existing codes do not count the influence of road roughness,thus the impact coefficient obtained from vehicle-bridge coupled vibration program should be taken into account in the actual calculation.The number of lateral bracings between boxes has greater influence on the dynamic deflection rather than on the impact coefficient.Poorer road quality can result in greater dynamic deflection and impact coefficient.The dynamic deflection calculated with two-axle vehicle is smaller than that calculated with three-axle vehicle,and the influential law of vehicle on impact coefficient is in the opposite way.When the layout and damage location of lateral bracings are different,the dynamic deflection and impact coefficient are not proportional to running speed.With running speed of 25 m/s,the dynamic deflection and impact coefficient are the minimum.
