摘　　要：移动技术加速了工作与家庭的边界融合,并且随着双职工家庭结构的变化,工作家庭整合已经成为工作家庭积极面研究领域的新兴热点。然而对工作家庭整合的定义与测量仍处于起步阶段。基于此,本文提出工作家庭整合构念,分析工作家庭整合在计划与行为层面的多重内涵;并通过69名个体样本预测试以及对245名中国企业员工进行的大样本问卷调查,开发了工作家庭整合的三维度测量工具,为工作家庭积极面的研究开辟了新的路径。The mobile technology has accelera ted the fusion of the borders between work and family. With the changes of family structure of the working couples, work-family integration has become a new hot topic in the research field of the positive side of work and family roles. However,the definition and the measurement of work-family integration are still at the starting stage. In view of this, this study proposes the definition of work-family integration and analyzes the multiple connotations of work-family integration at planning and behavioral levels. Through the pretest of 69 individual samples and the large-scale sample questionnaire survey of 245 employees in Chinese enterprises,this study also develops the three dimension measurement tools for work-family integration, which opens up a new path for the positive research of work-family interface.
