摘 要:基于生命周期,研究政府补贴和环境规制两种环境政策工具对绿色创新的影响,并探讨信息不对称的中介作用,构建一个有调节的中介模型。结果显示,两种环境政策工具都能激励企业绿色创新;信息不对称在政策工具与绿色创新之间起中介作用;生命周期具有调节作用。政府补贴在成长期、成熟期均有促进作用,在成熟期效果更好;环境规制在成熟期的激励效果较好,但在成长期不显著。信息不对称的中介效应受到生命周期的调节,信息不对称的中介效应在成长期不显著,在成熟期显著。With the increasingly sharp contradiction between ecology and economy,it is necessary to formulate scientific environmental policy tools.Based on the life cycle,this paper studies the impact of government subsidies and environmental regulation on green innovation,discusses the mediating role of information asymmetry,and constructs a moderated mediation model.The results show that both environmental policy tools can stimulate green innovation;information asymmetry plays a mediating role between policy tools and green innovation;and life cycle plays a moderating role.Government subsidies have a promoting effect in the growth and maturity stages,and the effect is better in the maturity stage.The incentive effect of environmental regulation is better in the mature stage,but not significant in the growth stage;the mediating effect of information asymmetry is moderated by the life cycle.The mediating effect of information asymmetry is not significant in the growth stage,but significant in the mature stage.
