摘 要:教育信任的创设对高等教育发展具有基础性和保障性的作用。澳大利亚高校通过对理念、法治、组织等教育信任要素的优化整合,建立了科学的高等教育构架;通过围绕治理权力配置、治理现代化进程、学生体验回应进行大学治理,为教育信任的创设提供了长效保障。澳大利亚高等教育的有益做法对我国“双一流”建设有着良好的启示作用,要坚持中国特色与国际视野相结合,推动教育信任对接世界;要坚持需求驱动与质量监控相结合,推动教育信任稳定发展;要坚持以生为本与学生自主相结合,推动教育信任目标实现。The creation of educational trust plays a fundamental and protective role in the development of higher education.Australian colleges and universities have established a scientific framework of higher education through the optimization and integration of educational trust elements such as the ideas,the rule of law and the organization.It also provides a long-term guarantee for the creation of educational trust by conducting university governance around power allocation,modern process,and student experience.The beneficial practice of Australian higher education has a good enlightenment for China’s"Double First-class"construction.It is important to adhere to the combination of Chinese characteristics and international vision to promote educational trust to connect with the world.It is crucial to adhere to the combination of demand driven and quality monitoring to promote the stable development of educational trust.It is necessity to adhere to the combination of"student-oriented"and students’autonomy to promote the realization of the goal of educational trust.
