摘  要:汽车车内噪声和振动,一般是由多个激励源,经由空气传递和结构传递两条路径传递至车内关键部位后相互叠加而成。如何快速识别噪声产生的来源,利用CAE有限元仿真技术进行传递损失优化分析;并寻找可工程化实施的解决方案,使车内噪声和振动控制在设定的目标值内,提升用户满意度和乘坐舒适度,是现代汽车工业重点研究的课题。以国内某气制动车型空压机嘟嘟噪声问题为例,分析气制动车型空压机嘟嘟声解决途径。Vehicle interior noise and vibration are generally composed of multiple excitation sources,which are transmitted to the key parts of the vehicle through two paths of air transmission and structure transmission,and then superimposed on each other.How to quickly identify the source of noise,optimize the transmission loss analysis by using CAE finite element simulation technology,and find a solution that can be implemented in engineering,so as to control the noise and vibration within the set target value,and improve the customer satisfaction and riding comfort,is the key research topic of modern automobile industry.Taking the problem of air compressor beep of a domestic air brake vehicle as an example,this paper analyzes the solution to the problem.
