摘　　要：组织结构对项目管理有着重要的影响,通过研究项目管理组织结构,对矩阵结构进行分析,提出了强矩阵项目管理结构及管理优化,根据强矩阵管理理论结合汽车开发实践总结出了适用于自主汽车开发的强矩阵项目管理方法。The organizational structure has an important influence on project management.By studying the organizational structure of project management and analyzing the matrix structure,a strong matrix project management structure and management optimization are proposed.According to the theory of strong matrix management and the practice of automobile development,summarize a strong matrix management method which is suitable for the development of automobile.
