摘 要:基于L23/30DF船用柴油引燃天然气发动机,利用CONVERGE软件探究天然气与柴油喷孔位置对双燃料发动机燃烧和排放的影响。结果表明:天然气与柴油喷孔位置变化会导致柴油引燃天然气的效果,从而影响发动机的燃烧和排放。中心对称的喷嘴布置方案整体优于左右对称方案,能获得较好的燃烧和排放。天然气燃烧特性参数如缸内平均压力、放热率和缸内平均温度峰值都是随着喷嘴对称间距的增大而呈现先增大后减小的趋势规律,但喷嘴间距方案对天然气排放特性参数影响较复杂。NO_X生成质量峰值随着喷嘴对称间距的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势规律,且中心对称布置时NO_X生成质量峰值差距较小;soot生成质量峰值呈现随喷嘴对称间距增大而减小的趋势规律;而HC生成质量峰值随喷嘴对称距离增大呈现出先减小后增大的趋势规律。综合天然气燃烧特性和排放特性参数影响发现,当喷嘴对称间距为45 mm时,天然气燃烧和排放可获得较折中的效果。Based on L23/30DF marine diesel Ignition CNG engine, the influence of natural gas and diesel injection hole position on combustion and emission of dual fuel engine was studied by using converse software. The results show that: the change of natural gas and diesel injection hole position will lead to the effect of diesel igniting natural gas, which will affect the combustion and emission of the engine. The nozzle arrangement with center symmetry is better than that with left and right symmetry, which can obtain better combustion and emission. Natural gas combustion characteristic parameters such as average pressure in cylinder, heat release rate and peak value of average temperature in cylinder increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of nozzle symmetrical spacing. However, the influence of nozzle spacing scheme on natural gas emission characteristic parameters is more complex that the NO_X generation peak value increases at first and then decreases with the increase of nozzle symmetrical spacing, and the center of NO_X emission characteristic parameters increases first and then decreases with the increase of nozzle symmetrical spacing. The results show that the difference of NO_X generation mass peak value is small when the nozzle is symmetrically arranged;the peak value of soot generation quality decreases with the increase of nozzle symmetrical distance;and the peak value of HC generation quality decreases at first and then increases with the increase of nozzle symmetrical distance. Based on the analysis of the influence of the above parameters on the combustion and emission characteristics of natural gas, a compromise effect can be obtained when the symmetrical distance between nozzles is 45 mm.
