摘 要:目的探讨教育信息动漫载体化传授模式在人工髋关节置换术患者术后康复训练中的应用效果。方法选择2018年4月至2019年10月于本院接受人工髋关节置换术患者90例为研究对象,将其等为对照组和试验组,对照组接受人工髋关节置换术常规健康教育,试验组在此基础上加用教育信息动漫载体化传授模式干预,比较两组干预后的各观察指标。结果试验组干预后人工髋关节置换术后功能锻炼康复技能掌握度评分、Harris评分、躯体健康与精神健康生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用教育信息动漫载体化传授模式对人工髋关节置换术患者进行术后康复训练干预,可显著提高其康复训练技能掌握度、关节功能康复效果与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of education information cartoon carrier teaching mode in rehabilitation training of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement.Methods To select 90 cases of patients who underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were selected as a control group and an experimental group.The control group received routine health education for artificial hip replacement,and the experimental group received education information cartoon carrier teaching mode to intervene on this basis to compare the observational indicators of the two groups after intervention.Results The scores of functional exercise rehabilitation skills mastery,Harris score,scores of the living quality of physical health and mental health in the experimental group after the intervention of artificial hip replacement were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of education information cartoon carrier teaching mode for postoperative rehabilitation training interventions for patients with artificial hip replacement can significantly improve their mastery of rehabilitation training skills,effects of joint function rehabilitation and quality of life.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
