摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅱ/Ⅲ期Siewert Ⅱ型食管胃结合部腺癌(AEG)组织中二氢胸腺嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)、乳清酸磷酸核糖基转移酶(OPRT)mRNA表达水平及其临床意义。方法:采用Real-time定量PCR技术分别检测36例AEG组织、癌旁组织和正常组织的DPD mRNA和OPRT mRNA表达水平。结果:DPD mRNA在正常组织、癌旁组织和癌组织中表达水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.69),而OPRT mRNA在这三种组织中的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P=0.00),OPRT mRNA与AEG的相关系数R=0.75。结论:DPD mRNA与AEG不相关,OPRT mRNA与AEG明显相关,可作为AEG的临床评价指标。Objective: To explore the expression levels of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase(DPD) mRNA and orotate phosphoribosyl transferase(OPRT) mRNA and their clinical significance in the three kinds organization of Ⅱ/Ⅲ Siewert Ⅱ of adenocarcinoma of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG). Methods: Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect expression levels of DPD mRNA and OPRT mRNA in 36 cases of AEG tissues, para-carcinoma tissues and normal tissues respectively. Results: The difference of expression levels of DPD mRNA among normal tissues, para-carcinoma tissues and AEG tissues was not statistically significant(P =0.69);while OPRT mRNA expression levels in these three tissues were significant difference(P =0.00). The correlation coefficient between OPRT mRNA and AEG was: R=0.75. Conclusion: DPD mRNA was not correlated with AEG, while OPRT mRNA was significantly correlated with AEG, which can be used as a clinical evaluation index of AEG.
