摘　　要：文章根据高等职业教育教学特点,分析当前高职院校在实训室管理方面所存在的问题。引入8S管理模式,结合实训室管理突出矛盾,提出高职实训室管理的具体措施,积极探索研究有效的实训室管理质量保证机制,从而进一步提高实训室有序、高效管理水平,改善实训教学环境,培育出更多高素质技能型人才,满足高等职业教育新要求。According to the teaching characteristics of higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges.This paper introduces the 8S management mode and puts forward concrete management measures of training rooms in higher vocational colleges combining with the prominent contradictions,actively explores and studies the effective management quality guarantee mechanism of training rooms,so as to further improve the orderly and efficient management level of training rooms,improve the training teaching environment,cultivate more high-quality skilled talents,and meet the new requirements of higher vocational education.
