摘　　要：可持续供应商选择在企业发展战略中具有重要的作用,文中介绍了可持续供应商选择的模型及计算方法,并通过案例分析,演绎了采用模糊层次分析法供应商选择的全过程。最后,给出供应商选择的多准则决策方案。Sustainable supplier selection(SSS)has a grand role in the strategy of enterprise development.This paper introduces the model and calculation method of SSS and through a case study,the whole process of sustainable supplier selection using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is deduced.At last,the multiple-criteria decision analysis(MCDA)scheme of supplier selection is given.
