摘 要:文中在探讨物流业制造业融合发展对物流专业建设带来的新要求基础上,对物流业制造业融合的物流人才培养创新模式进行了分析,提出对人才培养目标定位、课程体系、大数据软件应用三个方面的改革,据此给出了物流人才培养模型:强调工作内容的全产业链过程分析;强调依据每项教学内容设计教学策略,为辽宁省物流专业转型发展提供了路径及服务支持。On the basis of discussing the new requirements that brought by the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry on the construction of logistics specialty,this paper analyzes the innovative mode of logistics talents training for the integration of logistics manufacturing industry,and puts forward the reform of talent training target orientation,curriculum system and big data software application,and gives the logistics talent training model:emphasizing the whole industry chain process analysis of work content;emphasizing the design of teaching strategy according to each teaching content,which provides path and service support for the transformation and development of logistics major in Liaoning Province.
