摘 要:随着社会对经管类大学毕业生的综合素质要求越来越高,高校通过“多专业融合仿真实验”来强化学生综合能力,培养学生的团队意识。文中以湖北经济学院多专业融合仿真实验教学为例,通过改革实验教学方法、重构实验教学体系、整合实验教学资源、优化实验教学流程、创新实验教学平台、打造实验教学团队的探索与实践等措施,努力提高实验教学质量,践行“三有三实”人才培养,为把学校建设成为特色鲜明的高水平财经大学提供有力支撑。With the society's higher and higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of graduates majoring in economics and management,colleges and universities improve their comprehensive ability and cultivate their sense of team consciousness through“multi specialty integration simulation experiment”.In this paper,taking Hubei University of economics multi professional integration simulation experiment teaching as an example,through the reform of experimental teaching methods,reconstruction of experimental teaching sysem,inegration of experimental teaching resources,optimization of experimental teaching process,innovation of experimental teaching platform,exploration and practice of creating experimental teaching field team,strive to improve the quality of experimental teaching,practice the“three have three practicalities”talent training,To provide strong support for the construction of the university into a high-level university of Finance and economics with distinctive characteristics.
