摘　　要：上市公司的治理机制会受到多个方面影响,而股权问题就是其中主要的一个影响因素,通过增加债权人及额外的独立监事,拆分大股东股权并促进董事会独立,以及加强银行在公司治理结构中的作用,可以改善公司治理过程中存在不足,进而提高公司治理效率.The governance mechanism of listed companies will be affected by many aspects,and the equity issue is one of the main influencing factors.By increasing creditors and additional independent supervisors,splitting major shareholders’equity and promoting the in-dependence of the board of directors,and strengthening the role of banks incorporate governance structure can improve the deficiencies in the process of corporate governance,thereby improving the efficiency of corporate governance.
