摘　　要：“双高计划”是我国高等职业教育的重要决策,在“双高计划”引领下,高等职业院校师资队伍建设对于推动职业教育改革、破解职业教育发展难题有着重要的支撑作用,通过分析高职院校教师队伍建设的现状,提出了高职院校师资建设思路以及师资队伍实践路径,为高等职业院校高水平高素质师资队伍建设提供参考.The "Double High Plan" is an important decision of China’s higher vocational education.Under the guidance of the "Double High Plan",the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges plays an important supporting role in promoting the reform of vocational education and solving the difficulties in the development of vocational education.Through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the ideas of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the practical path of the construction of teachers,which provides reference for the construction of high-level and high-quality teachers in higher vocational colleges.
