摘  要:为了更加直观地发现国内幼儿教师领域研究的热点与重点,使用Bicomb和SPSS20.0软件对中国知网中获取的2009~2019年931篇文献的关键词进行了幼儿教师领域研究热点知识图谱的绘制分析。结果表明,我国幼儿教师领域的研究热点包括三大主线:幼儿教师专业发展的生存现状、问题及策略研究;教师专业化内容的研究;教师心理健康的研究。基于此,文章提出对于我国幼儿教师的研究,今后应更加关注专业化发展路径、保教活动具体展开方式以及农村与民办幼儿教师职业倦怠问题的解决办法等方面。In order to find the hot spots and key points in the field of preschool teachers in China more intuitively,We drew and analyzed the hot spot knowledge mapping in the field of preschool teachers through the key words of 931 articles obtained in China knowledge Network from 2009 to 2019 by means of Bicomb and SPSS20.0 software.The results show that the research hotspots in the field of preschool teachers in China include three main lines:the current situation,problems and strategies of preschool teachers’professional development;the research of teachers’professional content;and the research of teachers’mental health.Based on this,the article proposes that for the research of preschool teachers in China,we should pay more attention to the path of professional development,the specific ways to carry out health care and education activities,and the solutions to the problem of job burnout of preschool teachers in rural and private areas in the future.
