摘　　要：江苏省五年制高职校治理结构的基本内涵即学校内、外部办学主体为完成五年制高职人才培养任务而进行的一系列组织载体、制度、机制安排的集合。江苏省五年制治理结构的参与主体主要包括党组织的政治核心领导、校长办学治校的策略性和广大教师的参与度三个方面。治理主体的多元性呼唤着江苏省五年制高职校内、外部各参与主体的协调机构构建及协同机制的建立、运行。The basic connotation of the governance structure of Five-year Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province is the collection of a series of organizational carriers,systems and mechanisms arranged by the internal and external school running subjects to complete the five-year higher vocational talents training task.The main content of the five-year governance structure in Jiangsu Province includes three aspects:the political core leadership of the party organization,the strategy of the headmaster in running the school and the participation of teachers.The pluralism of governance body calls for the construction of coordination organization of internal and external participation subjects,as well as the establishment and operation of coordination mechanism.
