摘　　要：本文详细分析了软包装凹版水墨印刷操作中常见的问题及处理方法,包括浅网残缺、刀线(丝)、油墨气泡、版面脏污、色相偏差等,同时还强调了水墨印刷设备的配置要求、制版的基本要求,并分析了水墨印刷的综合成本。This article analyzes the common problems and treatment methods in the flexible packaging gravure water-based ink printing operation,including shallow screen defects,cutting lines(silk),ink bubble,dirty surface of the cylinder,hue deviation,etc..At the same time,it also emphasizes the configuration requirements of water-based ink printing equipment and the basic requirements of plate making,and analysis of the comprehensive cost of water-based ink printing.
