摘　　要：目的:了解目前昆明市合成毒品使用人群性行为特征情况,针对重点人群提出合理建议。方法:采用"滚雪球"法收集173例戒毒人员人口学资料、性行为情况、艾滋病的宣传和干预情况进行调查分析。结果:本次调查研究对象第一次性行为年龄平均为(19.74±7.43)岁。使用合成毒品后个别群体易发生高危性行为,性别、年龄、婚姻和职业在安全套使用减少、性交易等高危性行为中无显著性差异,在同性性行为、多性伴,性暴力中存在差异。结论:合成毒品使用者64.2%以上接受过艾滋病知识教育和干预,个别群体易发生高危性行为需加强关注,包括男性,年龄≤30岁、未婚和无业的人群,可进一步采取有针对性有效性的措施。Objective:To investigate sexual behavior characteristics in the synthetic drugs users of Kunming city and to make suggestions for key population of drug use.Methods:The Snowball sampling method was used to collect a total of 173 drug users’ information including demography,data,sexual behavior,educational propaganda and intervention of AIDS,then conduct statistical analysis.Results:The average age for first-time sex was 19.74a±7.43a in this investigation.After using synthetic drugs,some of them had high risk sexual behavior.The results showed a significant difference in gender,age,marriage and occupation of homosexual behaviors,multiple sexual partners and sexual violence.Conclusion:More than 64.2% of participants had access to the educational propaganda and intervention of AIDS,but we should focus on male users,unmarried users,younger than 30 users and unemployed users and adopt appropriate and effective measures in future.
