不同处理条件对黄芪种子生活力的影响

摘　　要：测定黄芪种子的生活力。以黄芪种子为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析四氮唑(TTC)浓度、染色温度、染色时间对黄芪种子生活力的影响,得出黄芪种子生活力测定的实验参数为:TTC浓度0.5%,染色温度35℃,染色时间150 min,测定结果计算得到黄芪种子生活力为90.25%。结果表明,该处理方法合理,能够为黄芪种子生活力的测定提供理论参考和技术支持。To determine viability of Radix Astragali seeds,using Radix Astragali seeds as raw material,the influences of TTC concentration,dyeing temperature,dyeing time on the viability effect of Radix Astragali seeds were discussed by single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The best combination of process parameters was obtained:TTC concentration was 0.5%,dyeing temperature was 35℃,dyeing time was 150 min.Under this process,the viability of Radix Astragali seeds was 90.25%.The results showed that the test method was reasonale.It could provide the oretical reference and technical support for the determination of viability of Radix Astragali seeds.
