摘  要:针对目前闸门设计过程中过度考虑安全系数导致质量冗余和材料浪费的问题,借鉴多学科优化设计对闸门结构进行优化。通过使用三维建模软件、有限元分析软件与多学科优化设计软件进行过程集成,以闸门强度和落料口通过量为约束条件,以闸门设计参数为优化设计变量,实现闸门结构的优化,有效地降低了闸门质量。该方法可应用于其他常规结构的轻量化设计。In view of redundant mass and material waste due to excessive consideration of the safety factor during the gate design process at present,the paper applied multi-subject optimization design to optimize the gate structure.3D modeling software,finite element analysis software and multi-subject optimization design software were applied to conduct process integration.The gate strength and the throughput of the discharge port were taken as the restraints,and the gate parameters were taken as the optimization variables,so as to optimize the gate structure,thus the gate mass remarkably reduced.The method could be applied to the lightweight design of other regular structure.
