返乡热潮下农民工继续教育的需求与策略探析

摘　　要：返乡热潮下,鼓励农民工创业已经成为响应国家"大众创业、万众创新"号召、助推新型城镇化发展的战略性举措。返乡农民工继续教育能够直接促进创业绩效,提高农民工创业成功率,因此,应重视返乡创业农民工继续教育的需求,促进继续教育的有效供给,积极培养并提高农民工的创业学习能力,以推动农民工职业转变,解决其社会融入问题。Under the upsurge of returning home,encouraging migrant workers to start their own businesses has become a strategic measure to respond to the national call of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"and boost the development of new urbanization.Returning migrant workers to continue education can directly promote the business performance,increase peasant workers’entrepreneurial success,therefore,should pay attention to home business migrant workers to continue education demand,promote the effective supply of continuing education,actively develop and improve learning ability of migrant workers,to promote the peasant workers’career change,solving the problem of the social integration.
