摘 要:新能源发电系统受环境条件影响使输出电压存在一定的随机性,电压变化范围宽,为此需要配备输入电压变化范围宽的电源变换器,以稳定输出电压。为减小电压宽输入情况下全桥LLC谐振变换器开关频率的变化范围,提高变换器的工作效率,提出了一种将脉冲频率调制(PFM)与相移脉冲宽度调制(PS-PWM)相结合的改进型混合控制方法。通过PSIM仿真实验平台对改进型混合控制方法进行验证,改进型混合控制方法变换器与PFM控制方法变换器相比效率提高了1.2%,与原混合控制方法变换器相比效率曲线更加平缓。改进型混合控制方法能够有效提高新能源发电系统的效率。The output voltage of new energy power generation is random due to the influence of environmental conditions,and the range of voltage variation is wide.Therefore,a power converter with a wide range of input voltage changes is needed to stabilize the output voltage.In order to reduce the range of switching frequency and improve the efficiency of the full bridge LLC resonant converter with wide voltage input,an improved hybrid control method combining PFM and PS-PWM was proposed.The improved hybrid control method was verified by the PSIM simulation platform.The efficiency of the improved hybrid control method converter is 1.2%higher than that of the PFM control method converter,and the efficiency curve is smoother than that of the original hybrid control method converter.The improved hybrid control method can effectively improve the efficiency of new energy generation system.
