摘 要:疫情防控催生线上教学,间接普及了混合式教学模式。通过对“直播+线上”教学模式实施过程及结果的持续调查,发现该模式能有效促进教学改革,提高学生宅家学习效果。同时针对该模式下教学参与者、教学平台、教学管理中存在的新问题,提出疫情常态化后,继续完善混合式教学模式、升级在线平台、教学管理与时俱进,开拓职业培训市场,使混合式教学模式在高职学生学历教育和社会职业培训中发挥作用。The epidemic prevention and control promotes online teaching,which indirectly popularizes the mixed teaching mode.Through the continuous investigation of the implementation process and results of the"live+online"teaching mode,it is found that this mode can effectively promote the teaching reform and improve the learning effect of students at home.At the same time,in view of the new problems existing in the teaching participants,teaching platform and teaching management under the mode,it is proposed to continuously improve the hybrid teaching mode,upgrade the online platform,keep pace with the times in teaching management,and open up the vocational training market so as to make the hybrid teaching mode play a role in higher vocational education and social vocational training.
