临床护理路径干预在早期食管癌内镜下黏膜剥离术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的观察临床护理路径在早期食管癌内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)中的临床应用效果以及护理满意度。方法选取2016年1月1日至2019年1月1日郑州市第七人民医院消化内科收治的96例早期食管癌患者行ESD治疗,数字随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予临床护理路径干预,观察两组患者术后并发症发生率、平均住院时间、平均住院费用以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率、平均住院时间、平均住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径干预可减少手术并发症,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the clinical application effect and nursing satisfaction in early esophageal cancer endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of 96 early esophageal cancer(ECC)patients in the Department of Gastroenterology,Seventh Zhengzhou People′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected for ESD treatment.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 48 cases each.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given the intervention of the clinical nursing route.The incidence of postoperative complications,the average hospitalization time,the average hospitalization cost,and the nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,the average length of hospital time,and the average cost of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Intervention of clinical nursing pathways can reduce surgical complications,shorten the length of hospital time,reduce hospitalization costs,and improve nursing satisfaction.
