扬州工业企业研发投入现状、问题与对策——基于扬州第四次全国经济普查数据的分析

摘　　要：通过对扬州第四次全国经济普查数据统计分析,探寻扬州工业企业研发投入产出现状,总结扬州工业企业研发具有的优势和存在的问题,提出提升其工业企业研发投入产出绩效应切实加大研发投入力度、提高基础研究投入强度、重点研究引人留人之策、搭建科技平台整合创新资源,进而助力扬州新兴科创名城建设。Based on the statistical analysis of the data of the fourth national economic census of Yangzhou,this paper explores the current situation of R&D input-output of industrial enterprises in Yangzhou,summarizes the advantages and existing problems of R&D of industrial enterprises in Yangzhou,and puts forward suggestions to enhance the R&D Input-output Performance Effect of industrial enterprises:effectively increase the R&D investment intensity,increase the input intensity of basic research,focus on attracting and retaining talents,and build a scientific and technological level Taiwan integrates innovative resources,thus helping Yangzhou to build a new scientific and technological innovation city.
