沙柳枝制备高取代度羧甲基纤维素钠的研究

摘　　要：以沙柳枝为原料,采用预水解硫酸盐法处理得到沙柳枝纤维素。以氯乙酸钠为醚化剂,以异丙醇为分散介质,制得具有高取代度DS=0.93的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析测试对样品结构进行表征与分析,并研究其在水溶液中的黏度性能。结果表明采用废弃沙柳枝提取纤维素并制备羧甲基纤维素,具有较高取代度和黏度性能的羧甲基纤维素钠材料。The Salix Psammophila cellulose was obtained from Salix Psammophila by prehydrolyzed sulfate treatment.Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)with high degree of substitution(DS=0.93)was prepared by using sodium chloroacetate as the etherification agent and isopropanol as dispersion medium.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetry(TGA)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize and analyze the structure of the samples,and the viscosity properties of the samples in aqueous solution were studied.The results showed that CMC sodium material with high degree of substitution and viscosity was prepared by extracting cellulose from Salix psammophila.The structure of the prepared samples was characterized via scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric(TGA),X-ray diffraction(XRD).The viscosity properties in aqueous solution are also studied.The results showed that high yield and pure celllulose can be obtained from waste Salix Psammophila branches,and it could be used to synthesis sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with high substitution and viscosity.
